Thanks rango, the file can preset3.css changing the gradation of colors from orange to yellow, and the problem that if I enter into the template from the admin control panel (extension / template / Blue_Design_II Details and File and then save the changes I have made from here, I find that preset3.css takes the configuration of default or, reapplying the color orange.

I am working on a website in 3 languages.
Use Joomla 3.4.1 and the template Blue_Design_II – standard.
But I get when choosing NL, 2 menus.
And choosing DE or EN I get 1 menu.
In the manual of Blue_Design_II – standard Is one nice menu.
That I would also like to use.
