I Have recently started using Joomla again after a lengthy break. I downloaded and installed your Blue Design Template but get this error

Notice: Undefined property: JDocumentHTML::$helix in C:\xampp\apps\joomla\htdocs\templates\blue_design_ii\index.php on line 24

Fatal error: Call to a member function Param() on null in C:\xampp\apps\joomla\htdocs\templates\blue_design_ii\index.php on line 24

Clearly I have missed something but not sure what. Can you help please?
